Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with nice breakfast and amazing view, for instance and got it upon arrival. A hairdryer, a bidet, and slippers were available there. The hotel's location was unbeatable and amazing, just off the mountain, and the restaurant.

we had a fine time. the hotel was wonderful, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. location: the venue was adjacent to camelot and beirut and cafe. what's more, it was 5 mins drive from malibu bay. the room we booked was cozy and bright with amazing view as well as nice breakfast as expected. had hairdryers, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom. the free parking was in front of the hotel, great service.

No reason to complain, the venue met what we needed, would recomand it. The room overlooking sea was bright and clean. Wasn't expecting to have a handy kitchenette. The setting was marvellous, short walk to Beirut and Beirut Suburb. Furthermore, on the very good area.

Absolutely perfect and amazing location on the very good area made it easy to get to key attractions. And it was at walking distance from Chez Sami, ate there couple of times.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The best aspects included the breathtaking view of the mountains and sea from the room, friendly and hospitable staff who greeted us with welcome soft drinks and fruit. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and trying authentic Lebanese cuisine at nearby restaurants. Plus, the delicious free Lebanese breakfast and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent this xmas season at a hotel with stellar service! From the warm decor to the jovial front desk staff, it was a festive ambiance overall. The fabulous location gave way to stunning views on the balcony, perfect for viewing the new year's eve fireworks display from afar. Plus, not one, but two complementary facts were offered during our stay - always a pleasant surprise!

There were a few hiccups during the stay. The hotel seemed short-staffed, leading to longer wait times as employees bounced from task to task.

The location was great. I loved being close to the beach and having access to the pool. The view from my room was impressive, overlooking the sea. The staff was friendly and polite.

The hotel was not up to standard. The rooms were not clean, and the bedding was dirty.
